World Trade Square
A mixed use project which will include 2.2 million square feet of office space in 3 buildings of floor plates of 20,000, 23,000 and 28,000 square feet and building heights varying from 26 to 45 floors. Also included is 130,000 square feet of retail space, a 50,000 square foot conference center, a 265 apartment residential building and a 7 level 2000 space-parking garage to be built as part of a 3 million square foot mixed-use development. This self-park ramped structure is to be constructed in 3 phases providing sufficient parking for each office and apartment phase of the project when it is completed. When the parking structure is complete it will operate as one interconnected, efficient building.
