A two story 10,000 square foot modern mansion set on a wooded 15 acre site with its own lake. The house was built on the foundation and basement of an existing building with only minor modifications. It contains a 2 story living room, dining room, kitchen, studio, study, exercise room, entry hall, guest room with bath, powder rooms, storage rooms, and a 2 car garage on the ground floor. The second floor contains a loggia overlooking the living room, a master bedroom suite, 3 additional bedrooms each with its own bath, a laundry room and 2 maid rooms with bathroom. The Interior Designer is Malcolm Eisenberg. Completed in 1990.
