Lavin Residence
The complete renovation and major addition to a former stone carriage house. The addition includes a new multi-level master bedroom with a loft study above, and new den, master bath and dressing at the ground level. In addition, the existing portion of the house is re-organized and a new main entrance, kitchen and breakfast room added. Completed 2003.
