The remodeling of the existing 700 square foot kitchen together with a 700 square foot new addition combine to create a family center in an old home. The space contains a glassed in porch breakfast room, a desk, a sitting area, a fireplace and of course the kitchen equipped with the latest and best appliances and cherry cabinets.

In-fill housing on three lots in the Northern Liberty Section of Philadelphia. Each three-story house has a gated entrance court for parking, as well as a green house front breakfast room. The living area as well as the 2nd floor master bedroom deck overlook a private rear garden. The depth of the property will allow a garage to be constructed at the rear of each property.

A 42 story 358 apartment luxury residential building as a part of the 3 million square foot World Trade Center. The building includes 12,000 square feet of professional office space, a restaurant and a convenience store. All apartments have views of the Delaware River.

A 5000 square foot 2 story home, incorporating the foundation and first floor of an existing one story stone house. The project included the reorganization and redesign of the buildings 1st floor, and the addition of a new 2nd floor, multi-story living room, entrance hall and den.

Residence Facility for the Kintock Group
Dormitories, dining facilities, recreation spaces and offices for a half-way-house to serve a pre-release program for Pennsylvania and Federally placed residents. The project involved the total renovation of a 5 story building with basement.

A two story 10,000 square foot modern mansion set on a wooded 15 acre site with its own lake. The house was built on the foundation and basement of an existing building with only minor modifications. It contains a 2 story living room, dining room, kitchen, studio, study, exercise room, entry hall, guest room with bath, powder rooms, storage rooms, and a 2 car garage on the ground floor. The second floor contains a loggia overlooking the living room, a master bedroom suite, 3 additional bedrooms each with its own bath, a laundry room and 2 maid rooms with bathroom. The Interior Designer is Malcolm Eisenberg.

The addition of an attached pool house for an existing interior pool, including kitchen, dining area, bar, and dressing rooms, as well as miscellaneous interior renovations of the main house. A two story historic lakefront home extending over Lake George, it was initially renovated by Alesker and Dundon Architects in 1976 as a small vacation house. Over the years, the addition of a boat house, sun porch, covered entrance way and studio were designed. The firm is currently designing a 2nd floor addition which will add a master suite and 3 additional bedrooms.
