The remodeling of the existing 700 square foot kitchen together with a 700 square foot new addition combine to create a family center in an old home. The space contains a glassed in porch breakfast room, a desk, a sitting area, a fireplace and of course the kitchen equipped with the latest and best appliances and cherry cabinets.

In-fill housing on three lots in the Northern Liberty Section of Philadelphia. Each three-story house has a gated entrance court for parking, as well as a green house front breakfast room. The living area as well as the 2nd floor master bedroom deck overlook a private rear garden. The depth of the property will allow a garage to be constructed at the rear of each property.

Dormitories, dining facilities, recreation spaces and offices for a half-way-house to serve a pre-release program for Pennsylvania and Federally placed residents. The project involved the total renovation of a 5 story building with basement.

A two story 10,000 square foot modern mansion set on a wooded 15 acre site with its own lake. The house was built on the foundation and basement of an existing building with only minor modifications. It contains a 2 story living room, dining room, kitchen, studio, study, exercise room, entry hall, guest room with bath, powder rooms, storage rooms, and a 2 car garage on the ground floor. The second floor contains a loggia overlooking the living room, a master bedroom suite, 3 additional bedrooms each with its own bath, a laundry room and 2 maid rooms with bathroom. The Interior Designer is Malcolm Eisenberg.

A two story historic lakefront home extending over Lake George, it was initially renovated by Alesker and Dundon Architects in 1976 as a small vacation house. Over the years, the addition of a boat house, sun porch, covered entrance way and studio were designed. The firm is currently designing a 2nd floor addition which will add a master suite and 3 additional bedrooms.
