The complex includes the following elements: 15 million square feet of office space in 18 buildings, 1 million square foot retail center, A 1,500 room full service hotel, 400 luxury apartments in 2 buildings, 2,000 parking spaces in a garage below a landscaped plaza, 10 screen cinema, 2,500 seat musical theatre, 2,500 seat opera house, 200,000 square foot art museum, and a 2,000 seat concert hall.

A new 2 story 16,000 square foot combination office and showroom facility. It is attached to an existing 425,000 square foot warehouse structure that serves the Liss Brothers business. The new addition is a steel frame structure with steel deck and concrete floors. The exterior is 'Dryvit' on metal studs with green tinted glass windows. The entrance is a great porch supported on 4 round polished stainless steel columns. A skylight lets natural light penetrate into the center of the building.

A 10,000 square foot renovation of the group floor of the Postal Workers Housing building at 8th and Locust Streets into a medical office, laboratory, and research facility for Philadelphia Fertility Institute.
