Project abandoned. Days Inn, West Pottstown Twp A four story 150 room transient hotel. Completed in 1988. Days Inn, West Whiteland Twp A four story 150 room transient hotel. Completed in 1988. Double Tree Hotel Addition With the new addition, the complex will become a full service Convention Center Hotel with 1000 Guestrooms, 2 Ballrooms, 4 Restaurants, 16 Meeting Rooms, and Atrium Court, a Health Club with a Swimming Pool, Racquet Ball Courts, 1 300 seat Theatre, a Rooftop Running Track, and a 500 car Parking Garage. Construction Cost - $70,000,000. Project abandoned. Design of sidewalk cafe addition to this Philadelphia landmark. Completed in 1990. Homewood Suites City Avenue A new 12 story, 131 room extended stay hotel, connected to and sharing some common facilities with the Hilton City Avenue Hotel previously designed by the firm. In addition to the guest suites, the facility includes new meeting rooms, restaurant and kitchen. Completed 2004. A new 11 story, 209 room hotel, connected to and integrated with the existing 12 Caesars convention center on the City's western edge. The new building contains the lobby, front desk services, meeting rooms, pool and health club. The existing building includes the rehabilitation of the conference center and the construction of new restaurant bar, theatre and administrative offices. Completed 2001. The conversion of 3 retail stores into a multi-level restaurant and bar, with indoor and outdoor dining. Completed in 1981. The design includes tiered seating at an upper level of the hotel overlooking Rittenhouse Square, the premier open space of the city. Completed in 1995. Nicks at the Rittenhouse Hotel A new 101 seat lobby bar and grille and cigar room in a hotel previously designed by the firm. Completed in 1995. An 80 guestroom addition to an existing hotel including site redesign, new meeting rooms, and a new cocktail lounge. Completed in 1984. The complete renovation of and additions to an existing 5 story and 100 room hotel and banquet facility. The new work includes 100 new guest suites, new lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, indoor pool and the renovation of the existing guest rooms. Construction cost $8,000,000. Design is in progress. The complete re-organization and re-design of an existing golf club house at the club. The spaces included are a 100 seat grille room and bar, pro-shop, as well as card room, lounges, kitchen, locker and dressing facilities.
