Wayne Egolf, RA, LEED AP 

Mr. Egolf holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University and is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Egolf has been working in the field of architecture since 1978 for several firms throughout the Philadelphia region.  He has worked on both large and small projects throughout the Northeastern United States including commercial, multi-family residential, religious, institutional, and senior housing.  Mr. Egolf has diverse experience in new construction as well as renovation and adaptive reuse projects.

He joined Alesker & Dundon Architects, LLC in 2006 and is responsible for specifications, construction administration and documentation. He is proficient with Masterspec 95 and 2004 as well as Speclink and the Construction Specification Institute standards and format.

Mr. Egolf is currently involved with many projects at Alesker & Dundon Architects including:

  • Residence at 315 North 12th Street - A rehabilitation of an abandoned 10 story industrial building into a 145 loft style condominiums.
  • Trump Tower Philadelphia - A 225 apartment, 43-story luxury condominium complex located on an existing man-made peninsula extending into the Delaware River in central Philadelphia.
  • Weiss Residence - The interior and exterior renovations of an existing 5300 square foot residence overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
  • Bedford Residence – The complete redesign of a 1450 square foot apartment within an urban historic high-rise apartment building located in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia.
  • Doubletree Garden Suites – A 4 story, 48 suite hotel addition above the roof of a 6 story hotel parking garage and connected to a 430 room hotel previously designed by the firm.
