Sagamore Resort
The complete restoration of the existing historic Sagamore Hotel as the centerpiece of a complex of 28 buildings, including 250 hotel rooms, a 24,000 square foot conference center, 60 condominium units in 3-level lake front buildings, and recreational and administrative facilities on Green Island, along with 120 Condominium units, club house and pro-shop on a historically certified golf course on the mainland which has been restored.
