Liss Brothers Office Building
A new 2 story 16,000 square foot combination office and showroom facility. It is attached to an existing 425,000 square foot warehouse structure that serves the Liss Brothers business. The new addition is a steel frame structure with steel deck and concrete floors. The exterior is 'Dryvit' on metal studs with green tinted glass windows. The entrance is a great porch supported on 4 round polished stainless steel columns. A skylight lets natural light penetrate into the center of the building. Completed in 1994.
